How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Are your products safe for color-treated hair?
